About Us
Karen & Andy Tulley have been at the New Overlander since 1998. Initially just the restaurant existed, then in 2002 we added the sunny conservatory to provide an area to enjoy a drink in comfort either before or after a meal. In October 2006 work began on the huge extension, 5 hotel bedrooms were added, the kitchen was extended and refitted and a wine and beer cellar was added to the building. The bedrooms were finished and ready for use in early August 2007, the next phase is the planned alterations to the restaurant area which will take place during the winter of 2007/2008. It has been an exciting time watching the new extension take shape and we have enjoyed choosing the décor and furnishing to compliment the excellent work the builders, plumbers, electrician, tiler & painters & decorators have done. We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay and hope that you feel, as we do, that everyone has done a marvellous job.
